We use the latest Melag autoclave. This has a so-called vacuum device, so that hollow instruments can also be sterilized. In our practice a good distinction is made between dirty and clean instruments. Furthermore, we work with as many disposables (single-use) as possible, and their disposal takes place hands-free. The 2D X-ray machine is new and fully digitalized, which means that it uses very little radiation.
